Here’s a quick gallery of Hipstamatic pics taken at a recent meeting of my wine tasting group. That night we taste nine Cru Beaujolais wines, and they were mostly delicious. One tasted like soy sauce, which was weird.
Juts got around to uploading these photos taken in early spring at Coopers Beach in Southampton. It was one of the first 50-plus-degree days of the season and I remember I was foolish to think it was warm enough for a barefoot stroll on the beach. The sand was definitely below 50 degrees, and after just a few moments walking in the sand my toes froze.
Next time, I’ll wait until it gets a little warmer before tossing the shoes.
As for the photos, I took these with the Hipstamatic app, and I like how the lens I chose added these ghostly red clouds to the scene. They’re almost haunting.
